Management Flash Report ™.
This has been vastly improved from the older system and gives a management overview of EVERYTHING that occurred during the period. (Sales, expenses, income, etc.) The summary journal entry ties right in to the Flash Report. There is also a Flash Analysis Tool that breaks down the entire report into sections and allows management to drill down into any number to see how the number was generated. (No more mysteries.)
Complete management of your “Car Account”.
In the past, we showed you how to do transfers of income to your “general account”. We still give you that information. However, we’re fully managing the car account. At ANY time, you can pull up your cash balance. We still give you the amount of income to transfer out of the car account to your general account to track your impress balance, but now, you can transfer money out as needed and not as a requirement.

Automated and manual Check Writing Systems.
Many auction systems have check writing functions. No auction system has smart check writing systems. The AuctionMaster allows the writing of checks on sold units and is automatically populated with sold information if you use the Automated Block system.
